We are 2 young co-founders, both from one of the most prestigious destinations of Italian tourism -Como and its lake-, both with a consolidated background in hospitality management and with particular expertise in the luxury segment.
The second reason is our dual offer of solutions for hospitality businesses: 360° hotel consultancy and on-the-job training for staff and entrepreneurs who want to know or learn more about hotel dynamics, such as strategic planning, revenue management and KPI analysis.
After several experiences in different Italian regions and different tourism contexts, and driven by the passion and constant desire to make the companies we have worked with grow, we realized how important it is to support hotel entrepreneurs, providing them with concrete tools and constant training and motivation for all staff.
Smart Consulting is born, a new concept in hotel consultancy and training with a dynamic and modern approach that puts people first and not software. We don't believe in universal algorithms that can be adapted indiscriminately to every situation; instead, we place the human value and identity of each individual establishment at the centre of our work. Our tailor-made solutions look to the future, without distorting the basic principles of Made in Italy hospitality. Thanks to our smart plans, finally consultancy is for everyone.
Stefano has a decade of experience in business and operational management of hotels, particularly luxury hotels, in the leisure, business and bleisure sectors. During his experience he has dedicated himself to analyzing performance, budgets, KPIs and service quality, adopting the most appropriate strategies to achieve goals.
His 360° vision of hotel management has included General Management, Sales & Marketing, Digital Press and Revenue Management, always paying special attention to human resources, from the selection process to training. In addition to his activities in hotels, he has held teaching positions in Hospitality Management courses.
His passion and constant desire to keep up to date in the hotel industry have also enabled him to achieve important personal goals, including a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from the prestigious Cornell University and admission to the Hotel Managers Association.
In spite of her young age, Eleonora has a wealth of experience in the hotel industry, where she stood out for her analytical and organisational skills. After managing the Front Office, she held various managerial roles in the Revenue,
Events and Reservation Department, adopting targeted sales and rate distribution strategies and managing to reach and often exceed company budget objectives. Specialising in Revenue Management, she has also worked in-house in Sales and Web Marketing.
Her passion and enthusiasm for this profession have always allowed her to create a happy and sharing working environment, thanks to a careful selection of profiles and constant mentoring.
