Studio71 is located on the second floor of a 1950s courtyard, a typical example of 20th-century Lombard residential architecture. Rebbio (from the Latin Alebium) is one of Como's most historic neighborhoods, identified with the Baradello Castle that dominates it from above. Given its strategic location, it is one of the most populated and lively neighborhoods in the city.
In the area you will find the most useful services (such as pharmacy, hospital, Carabinieri station) and several commercial activities,such as supermarkets, restaurants and bars/bakeries.
Easily accessible both by car and public transportation,Studio 71 is only 1.5km from the FFSS and Ferrovie Nord Como Camerlata Station, 250 meters from the bus stop for Como and 800 meters from the bus stop for all directions.

Below you will find our services, but first we would like to make special mention of sustainability, one of the most important challenges of our time.
To do our part in protecting the environment from destruction and degradation, we have implemented sustainable choices at Studio71, such as minimizing plastic by offering our guests water in glass, using biodegradable coffee pods rather than capsules, and providing a shower gel dispenser instead of monodoses.
Air conditioning, which consumes a lot of electricity and contributes to global warming, is replaced by the paddle fan, and the thermostat temperature is controlled at all times-partly due to the stone walls that help keep it cool in summer and warm in winter.
Also part of limiting global warming is the choice of an induction cooktop, which has less impact and emissions than gas.
A final mention goes to recycling collection, which we will be happy to do for you 🙂 .
